A small practice advising clients on town planning and property related matters set up in January 2007. Clients include Wilky Property Group; Roxan Construction Ltd; Peter Symonds College; Hampshire Economic Partnership and various individual land owners, institutions and development companies.
 
1992 – 2006                             
HGP Planning Consultancy , Hawthorne Kamm, White Young Green Planning - Chairman and Managing Director of HGPPC and HK
Regional Director with WYG.
 
The name change to HK occurred when the final shares were acquired by the principals in 1999. The business then grew steadily until the sale of the company to White Young Green PLC was completed in May 2004.

Management buy-out of the planning practice from HGP Architects in 1992.

Conservation and Design Team within the County Planning Department advising Estates Officers, District Council Planning Officers and Council Committees on matters relating to the development and disposal of County Council land, urban design, conservation and historic buildings.
